[FourPlay News] Sydney area shows, and greetings one and all

Dear all,
Welcome to the sporadic FourPlay mailout! Welcome, especially, to those 
who are newly-signed-up since the last email went out. It's been a while.
Thanks to all who have visited the FourPlay online shop 
<http://shop.fourplay.com.au/>. We're finding a lot of people are taking 
advantage of the instant gratification of downloadable releases - so you 
might want to consider that if you need to fill in any gaps in your 
collection!

We've had a couple of TV appearances since last we spoke, and you can 
see blurry YouTube versions of our Spicks & Specks performances up at 
the FourPlay MySpace <http://www.myspace.com/fourplaystringquartet> - 
we're hoping for a higher-quality copy soon, along with some footage 
from our ABC Sunday Arts appearance too.

Meanwhile, we have a few gigs coming up. As-yet unnanounced are a few 
festivals and non-NSW shows for later in the year, but for now, we have

    Gigs a'comin'


*Friday May 18th --- Heritage Hotel, Bulli*
The lovely Heritage Hotel <http://www.heritagehotel.com.au/> in Bulli is 
always a great gig. If you live anywhere in the Wollongong region, or 
indeed south Sydney, it's recommended. First set around *8:30pm*, so 
don't arrive too late! Price is $15 pre-sale, more on the night.

*Saturday May 19th --- Parramatta Riverside Theatre*
Our first time at this Western Sydney institution, we're stoked to be 
playing at the Riverside Theatre. Bookings via their website 
<http://www.riversideparramatta.com.au/>, venue is the Lennox Theatre. 
*7:30pm* is the start time. Price is $27 for 30 & under, $31 concession, 
$35 adult.

Then further on, we're back at our childhood home, where the young 
FourPlay would cavort all those years ago, and where we've held birthday 
parties and celebrations. Yes, we've got *two big nights* at the 
Basement <http://www.basement.com.au/> on *June 28th & 29th*. Book your 
flights now!
