This gig is part of FourPlay’s Fourthcoming album launch tour!
For the second-last gig on our album launch tour, we bring Fourthcoming home to the place of its birth, Hobart! The majority of the album was written in a spurt of creativity in late 2006, while 3/4 of us visited our 4th quarter, Tim, who was living in Hobart for a year.
Tim has been very keen for us to play at the Republic Bar ever since, and it’s certainly taken us a while to cross the Bass Strait once again.

This gig is part of FourPlay’s Fourthcoming album launch tour!
It’s only fitting that we launch our new album over two big nights at the Basement. Way back in 1996, the Basement were visionary enough to let us have our own headline show, a very strange band that had only started up the year before. Due to a large contingent of Uni friends, we managed to make a great night of it, and inspired the Basement enough to keep having us back. Our 10th birthday was there, and now you have a choice of two nights (or, heck, both!) to see us launch our fourth album.
